Stop snorkeling already, they're not there!

Seeing God through Katie's eyes is awesome. This morning we were in the car listening to this song-

Ocean Floor
by Audio Adrenaline

The mistakes I've made
That caused pain
I could have done without

All my selfish thoughts
All my pride
The things I hid
You have forgot about

They're all behind you
They'll never find you
They're on the ocean floor
Your sins are forgotten
They're on the bottom
Of the ocean floor

My misdeeds
All my greed
All the things that haunt me now
They're not a pretty sight to see
But they're wiped away
By a mighty, mighty wave
A mighty, mighty wave

Your sins are erased
And they are no more
They're out on the ocean floor

Take them away
To return no more
Take them away
To the ocean floor
To the ocean floor
To the ocean floor

Your sins are erased
And they are no more
They're out on the ocean floor

I said "What an interesting song. I have never thought of my sins being on the ocean floor. I wonder what that means"

She said, "They're gone, dead."

When I think of the ocean, I think of the beach, I see the reef, I see sunny skies and imagine the scent of the ocean air. I hear seagulls. So I asked "but why the ocean floor?". She said, without hesitation, "'cause there is, like, nothing deeper in the world. Well, except for His love."

Wow. It was then that I saw the ocean floor. The black abyss no one can reach or touch. "They'll never find you"

And we named her Grace after a movie star?
